To all Li Publishing clients:

Congratulations on your project or business! A website is an investment that takes time, energy, money, and a lot of patience. Our goal at Li Publishing LLC is to make that easier by providing quality hosting at a deep discount. We handle the technical heavy lifting so you can focus on your business. Please read this policy carefully before signing up.

1. Business Model & Scope

1.1. Wholesale Only: Li Publishing LLC is strictly a wholesale service provider, and we do not offer free services. Our discounted rates are designed to serve as a back-end solution for businesses and individuals who already have their own front-end (design) support.

1.2. The $20/Month Package: Our core offering is a flat rate of $20.00 per month, which includes:

  • Website setup and hosting
  • Security and maintenance
  • Premium themes
  • Email hosting
  • E-commerce capabilities

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. You Must Have a Designer: Li Publishing LLC is not a web design agency. All organizations, companies, and individuals must hire their own website designer. We install only what your designer provides.

2.2. Content Submission (6-Month Rule): For Basic Website packages, clients have 6 months to send their information, text, and images to our team email to be posted. After 6 months, the site will be considered live with whatever content has been provided.

3. Domain Name Policy

3.1. Transfer Requirement: As a convenience, Li Publishing LLC may purchase domain names on behalf of clients. However, we do not hold domain names indefinitely.

  • The Rule: All domain names must be transferred to the client or company owner within 1 year of purchase.
  • The Deadline: The transfer must be completed before the domain’s renewal date.
  • No Renewals: Li Publishing will not renew domain names under its company account. If your domain is not transferred within the year, you risk losing it. One year is plenty of time to move it into your ownership.

4. Billing & Payments

4.1. Automated Invoicing: Invoices are generated automatically and emailed on the 5th of each month.

4.2. Due Date: Payment must be received by the 16th of each month.

4.3. Payment Tips: Please don’t wait until the last minute. We recommend paying several months in advance or assigning a staff member as your Billing Manager so payments are never missed.

5. Payment Reminders & Service Interruption

Since February 1, 2026, billing is fully automated:

  • No Personal Reminders: We no longer call, text, or personally email clients about payments.
  • Automated Reminders Only: The billing system sends 3 reminders each month.
  • Automatic Interruption: If payment is not received by the 16th, service is paused automatically. No exceptions.

6. Is This Service Right for You?

We operate on a self-service model, which is how we keep the price at $20 per month. If you need design work, personal reminders, or hands-on support, a direct hosting provider such as GoDaddy, HostGator, or Bluehost will be a better fit. We would rather you choose the right service from the start than be frustrated later.
