Congratulations on your project or business! We understand that a website is an investment that requires Time, Energy, Money, and a lot of patience. Our goal at Li Publishing LLC is to make things easier while providing you with quality Hosting service at a deep discount. We are here to handle the technical heavy lifting so you can focus on your business.

  1. 💼 BUSINESS MODEL & SCOPE

1.1. Wholesale Only: Li Publishing LLC is strictly a wholesale service provider. We do not offer free services. Our rates are discounted to serve as a backend solution for businesses and individuals who have already secured their own frontend support.
1.2. The $20/Month Package: Our core offering is a flat rate of $20.00/month. This includes:

  • Website Setup & Hosting
  • Security & Maintenance
  • Premium Themes
  • Email Hosting
  • E-commerce Capabilities
  1. 👥 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. You Must Have a Designer: Li Publishing LLC is not a web design agency. All organizations, companies, and individuals must obtain their own website designer. We only install what your designer provides.
2.2. Content Submission (6-Month Rule): For "Basic Website" packages, clients have exactly 6 months to send information, text, and images to our team email to be posted. After 6 months, the site will be considered "live" with whatever content has been provided.

  1. 🌐 DOMAIN NAME POLICY (STRICT)

3.1. Transfer Requirement: Li Publishing LLC purchases domains for clients as a convenience. However, Li Publishing will NOT hold domains indefinitely.

  • The Rule: All domain names must be transferred to the Client/Company Owner within 1 year of purchase.
  • The Deadline: Transfer must happen before the renewal date.
  • No Renewals: Li Publishing will not renew domain names under its company account. If you do not transfer your domain within the year, you risk losing it. 1 year is enough time to move it to your ownership.
  1. 💳 BILLING & PAYMENTS

4.1. Automated Invoicing: All invoices are automatically generated and emailed on the 5th of each month.
4.2. Due Date: Payment must be received by the 16th of each month.
4.3. Payment Strategy: We strongly advise clients not to wait until the last minute. It is best to pay months in advance or appoint a staff member ("Billing Manager") to handle this so you never forget.

  1. ⚠️ THE 2026 MANAGEMENT CHANGE (IMPORTANT)

Effective February 1, 2026: New management protocols will begin.

  • No Personal Reminders: We will no longer call, text, or personally email you about payments.
  • System Automation Only: The system will automatically send exactly 3 reminders within the month. If you miss them, the service pauses.
  • Automatic Interruption: If payment is not received by the 16th, service will be interrupted automatically. No exceptions.

We operate on a "Self-Service" structure to keep costs at $20/month.

  • If you are not able to abide by this format, or if you need hand-holding, reminders, and design work from us—it is always best to go direct.
  • Please purchase hosting from GoDaddy, HostGator, or BlueHost. We prefer you leave now rather than be frustrated later.
