In collaboration with Resident Engagement, We are to establish a reasonable monthly maintenance fee that will cover the costs associated with the upkeep of the system. This fee is not only an investment in the sustainability of the Resident Smart System but also in our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in New York City Housing.

The Resident Smart System is available at a cost of $200 per month for each Association, and it is estimated to take 1 to 2 years to see noticeable improvements once it is implemented.
